About Terranova Yoga
Hello! My name is Ashley Terranova
With a profound love for yoga and years of personal practice, I have found solace, strength, and transformation on the mat. My journey into yoga began as a means to find balance amidst the fast-paced demands of modern life, and it has since become my life's purpose to share this profound practice with others.

I believe that yoga is a powerful tool that extends far beyond physical exercise. It is a holistic practice that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit, allowing us to tap into our true potential and embrace a more meaningful and authentic way of living.

In my classes, I create a safe and inclusive space where students of all levels and backgrounds can explore the mind-body connection and embark on their unique yoga journey. With a focus on alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness, I guide students through intelligently sequenced asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation practices.

Beyond the physical practice, I encourage my students to embrace self-compassion and non-judgment, honoring their individual strengths and limitations. I offer modifications and variations to ensure that each student feels supported and empowered in their practice, fostering a sense of empowerment and self-acceptance.

Continuously dedicated to deepening my knowledge and honing my teaching skills, I regularly attend workshops, trainings, and pursue ongoing education in areas such as anatomy, philosophy, and mindfulness. This commitment allows me to offer well-rounded and enriching experiences for my students.
